What is Lakeshore Quest Escape Rooms?

You and up to 8 players are placed in a colorful themed room where the goal is to solve several interconnected puzzles. If you solve all the puzzles and achieve the main objective, you win! or "escape" the room. Playing an escape room is a live adventure that involves creative thinking, team-work and fun. Very often there are cheers as the group uses their combined talents to find solutions. Each game is different as each group of players is unique.

How do I reserve a room?

You can see our available times on our "TICKETS" page and then simply select the number of people in your party and the time that you desire. You can take care of all payments online. Or if you wish you may coordinate with your friends to all book their own tickets for the same time slot.  We do require a prepayment in order to hold that time slot for your party.

Are you really going to lock us in?

​

No! Your safety is our top priority, so we don't really lock you in. You have the option to leave the escape room at any time if necessary. Our rooms are spacious and you should not feel closed in.

What does it cost?

​

Ticket prices are $25 per person for 4 or more players. Room capacity is 8 - 10 players. There is a  room minimum of $75-$90 depending on the room choosen.  Payment is taken online but we can take other payment methods if contacted in advance.

How many players can participate?

​

Our current rooms are designed for 4 to 8 players for best game play; however we can take groups from 2-10 in most of our rooms.  Numbers under 4 may play however there is a room minimum of $75-$90. There are approximately 18-20 puzzles to solve to win the game; the more players you bring the better are your chances of winning. We can also accommodate even larger groups by reserving both rooms; contact us for details.

Can our group play alone?

​

All rooms are currently private; you will not play with strangers. We may never return to mixed group play as it was before the pandemic. However, it is possible that we will offer a couple times slots per week for those looking to play with others and they will be clearly marked as mixed group. In the past, mixed group play has worked very well especially for couples on vacation looking to increase their chances at winning the game.​

What ages can play?
 

We welcome players of all ages into our escape rooms however for safety purposes children under 5 years old are not allowed in the room unless attached to an adult or in a carrier. We had to create this policy after observing several near accidents. If you choose to bring players that are between the ages of 5-11 they will need a ticket.  Many young puzzler solvers will surprise you at how adept they are at the challenges you may face! The puzzles are designed with ages 12 and up in mind however we leave it to parents to decide if their child will appreciate an escape room experience.  For birthday parties of children under 12 years of age we do provide unlimited clues so that they enjoy themselves and have a very good chance at solving the room. All of our rooms are fully immersive and there is a lot of fun stuff for them to do in the rooms. Players under 18 years of age must be accompanied by at least 1 adult.
